Hello, welcome to Adam Building Company. So glad you’re here!
We’re Aaron and Mandy Adam, a married couple with three children that loves improving the lives of our customers, one home at a time. We’ve been working in the construction and design industry for over 40 years combined. We both worked in commercial construction before following our passion to serve families on a more personal level in residential construction.
We both know the construction process; how to listen and give guidance on projects and provide design solutions. We believe it is very important to provide quality work and service to people; the way we would want someone to treat us and our home.
Design and construction have always been a great passion for us both, so together we created Adam Building Company. We don’t just want to build something and move to the next project. We want to help develop our customer’s ideas and dreams into something special, a home that reflects their personality and meets their specific functionality needs.
We want to be the builder that you look to for quality craftsmanship and trust with your families’ dreams of a home that will be the backdrop for many memories in the years to come.

WE’LL SIT, TALK AND DISCUSS THE VISION FOR YOUR NEW HOME OR RENOVATION. WE’LL DISCUSS EXPECTATIONS SUCH AS PROJECT SCOPE, TIMELINES, BUDGET AND OUR PROCESS.

THE INITIAL ESTIMATE
WE’LL PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE OF THE PROJECT AS OUTLINED IN OUR FIRST MEETING AND FURTHER DISCUSS THE BUDGET, TIMELINES AND NEXT STEPS FOR DESIGN.

THE DESIGN & ENGINEERING
WHETHER USING OUR IN-HOUSE DESIGN SERVICES OR HAVE A DESIGNER OR ARCHITECT, WE WILL WORK WITH YOU THROUGH THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PHASE UNTIL YOU REACH THE DESIGN YOU LOVE AND ENVISIONED FOR YOUR HOME. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A DESIGN OR HOUSE PLANS, WE’LL GET STARTED ON FINAL ESTIMATES.

THE FINAL ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULING
WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF THE COST TO BUILD OR REMODEL YOUR HOME AS WELL AS A REALISTIC TIMELINE TO COMPLETE THE WORK.

THE EXECUTION - FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY
ONCE PROPOSALS ARE ACCEPTED AND DESIGNS ARE APPROVED, WE BEGIN THE EXCITING CONSTRUCTION PROCESS THAT LEADS TO YOUR PROJECT VISION BECOMING A REALITY.
